#BlpKaia

Kaia is a mid-season short coat, exclusively designed to work with double face coating fabrics.

Kaia is an oversized short coat slightly tapered toward the hem. It features a dropped shoulder line, a bal collar with collar stand and a single breasted closure at the centre front.

The sleeve has a gently curved outer seam that matches the shoulder line. At the hem there are two buttons and a wrist strap with a single loop that can be used to adjust the width of the sleeve opening.

The coat has welt pockets on the front. The pocket bags are visible on the inside of the coat, seams are fully hidden and the edge is bound with bias binding.

The bust darts are positioned at the neckline to create a visual  feature. The front hem is curved up higher than the back and sits above the hip-line.

Due to the nature of digital files, we do not accept returns on our PDF patterns or products.

    Perfect winter project

Great pattern, very thorough and clear instructions on all steps. I really like the proportions of this jacket, it’s boxy but the shorter length means it’s flattering. I’m starting another one!
